Adoption Days

HART holds adoption events every weekend!  We hold a dog adoption at one or more local pet supply stores almost every Saturday afternoon.  And we often have weekend cat adoption events.  (Click the schedule links above for dates and times.)   Our adoption days provide a great opportunity to meet lots of dogs or cats who are looking for loving forever homes!  Come on out and hug a homeless cat or dog!  HART volunteers at our adoptions are always ready to answer questions and help you find a wonderful new addition to your family!

To make sure that our dogs and cats are placed in homes in which they they will be safe and happy for the long term, we carefully screen potential adopters. Generally, successful applicants will be able to welcome their new HART pet home in a couple days following the application! Come meet our dogs and cats!
