In Memory of Our Dear Friends

Remington

Remington

February 14, 1996 - November 7, 2007

With Remington in our house, it was Christmas everyday!  He generously bestowed upon us the gifts of love, loyalty, devotion, protection, and companionship.  The joy and happiness he brought illuminated our hearts more brilliantly than millions of dazzling Christmas lights.  Just as we cherish each Christmas Day and want it to last forever, so it was with Remington, but unfortunately this wish defies the laws of this tangible world--seconds of the day run out in the same way as Remington's heart beats terminated.  Fortunately, in our hearts and minds, memories can last forever--and there our precious Remington will live eternally.

Thank you HART for rescuing Remington and giving us the boundless pleasure of living with this marvelous dog for these last twenty-two months. Remington is a perfect example of why people should consider opening their homes to senior pets--they are Glorious Angels of Happiness!

Kitty

Kitty

Kitty passed away on October 31, 2007.  He adopted me 15 years ago when he was already an adult cat.  He was a perfect pet in every way.  His personality seemed more like a dog than a cat.  He loved everyone, even strangers.  He was the one constant I had in life.  Never disappointed me and was always there for me.  I returned my love right up to the final moment in my arms.  It really hurts now that he is gone.  I miss him badly.
