Joshua is a happy little beagle who LOVES to snuggle up with his people on the couch. He also absolutely loves going for walks where he walks very nicely on leash. Josh gets along great with other dogs, is good with kids, and is just generally a well behaved dog. It doesn't look like anyone bothered to do much training with Josh beyond living well in a home, housebroken, minimal begging for food, not too much barking. He knows Sit and we are working on Paw and Down right now. Energy level is pretty mellow, while he's happy to go on 3-4 mile walk if you're up for it he's also content with two 15-30 minute walks around the neighborhood each day. When the mood strikes him he likes to play a little indoor fetch, he'll bring you a toy and have you throw it a handful of times and he's done.
Joshua does have some separation anxiety and needs to be crated when you leave the house. He will bark for a while when you leave him but is not destructive with the fleece blanket and towel in his crate. When left in a bedroom instead of a crate one day he was a bit destructive. He hasn't been destructive at all while someone was home, only when left alone.
