Carter Too - Adopted on 9/13/2015

Carter is a very sweet, very lovey boy. He loves to talk to his people. Carter was born with a congenital eye defect, giving him a permanent wink. It doesn't slow him down a bit. Carter lives great with cats, but requests a home with no dogs whatsoever. If you've got the time to love him, Carter is your best bud. If you don't, that's okay too. He'll find the nearest bed or couch and wait for you.
Carter was most likely a stray before coming into HART. It is clear that he has not had an abundance of food, so he will need someone who is willing to patiently teach him that there will always be food (read: he gets pretty needy when it is feeding time). The more laps in the home, the better, as far as Carter is concerned. If you're looking for a cool dude with lots of love to give, look no further than Carter.
