Garcie, along with he partner Jerry, came to HART after their owners could no langer care for them. Garcie is outgoing to the Nth degree. He has not met anyone who is not a friend. Although he loves his interaction with people, he also loves his toy and will play for hours with them. He is a kind, loving pooch who just wants people to be his friend. He is very tolerant of other dogs and will ask them to play with him at the drop of a hat. Garcie has the nicest, gentlest disposition, with a just twinkle in his eye that makes people want to play with him.
