Tarro came to HART with his brother Titan. Tarro is a little shy. He walks nicely on a leash but tends to be a suspicious of his surroundings a slightly afraid. Tarro is much more comfortable in his home where he knows he's safe and loved. He really is quite friendly once he knows you wont harm him. He and his brother Titan are both terriers, and, therefore do not hesitate to make you and all the people around you are aware of their presence. Like his brother, Tarro is friendly toward children, he just wants to initiate the interaction.
