From the Good Samaritan who saved Itty Bitty: "I work with the local SPCA and this little guy ran out in front of me on a back road about 10 o'clock one night. I fostered him throughout his stray hold and for an additional 2 weeks while he waited to go to the Humane Society, here. He is such a sweetheart and got along great with all of my dogs.
