Tim is a beautiful young dog he looks like a Lab, but he's the size of a Beagle. Timmy must have had some hard times because he is quite shy and a bit fearful. (That's the reason we suggest older children.) He loves to cuddle on your lap and will readily take treats. Tim does not yet enjoy walking on a leash, but give him a little confidence and he'll follow you on the leash. He has shown some defensive behavior with other dogs, again probably a matter of confidence. Tim's ideal home will be one where someone will be home most of the time, at first., and with people who have some dog experience and just a modicum of patience. I have no doubt that Tim will become a great for that person/family.
