Ducky was surrendered to a high kill shelter in South Carolina because unfortunately his owner was no longer able to afford a dog any longer. He was heartbroken and so were we when we heard his story. The people at the shelter said Ducky is such a regal and sweet boy and they were distraught that he had found himself without his home.
