Beautiful, playful Belleh is an absolute treasure! Good with kids and other dogs, she has such a sweet, loving spirit. She has stolen her foster mom's heart but now is ready for her very own home where she will not have to vie for attention among her 5 foster siblings. :) Belleh loves cuddling, watching television, playing with toys, and trying new foods (steamed carrots and homemade doggie ice cream are favorites.) At the adoption events she may seem overly shy and calm, but that's not Belleh all the time! This little girl does like her naps and being held, but she also MUST have activity and exercise. She loves walks, hikes, chasing her foster siblings, and floor "wrestling." Belleh would make a great pup for an active family or companion to a runner or camping enthusiast. She would love a backyard to run in or someone to take her out on nature trails.
Still just a pup, Belleh is learning her manners and what toys she can play with (no, the cell phone charger is not a chew toy!). But she is incredibly smart and trainable. She mastered potty training in just a few days! Belleh exhibits some separation anxiety if you must leave her, so she needs someone who has time for her, lets her sleep in the primary caretaker's bed, and doesn't mind a shadow-she follows her foster mom everywhere.
