Manfred came to HART from a shelter in SC with his brother Monroe. This loving, playful boy just seems to love everything and everyone!
His temporary SC foster says he "loves being your sidekick and following you around. He lies beside me while I garden and just loves to be outside."
Manfred really loves to play with other dogs! He also loves squeaky toys and playing fetch, enjoys walks and does well on a leash. He is also house trained and crate trained. He was about 25 lbs when he arrived on 6/16.
