Starla is a sweet, laid back girl who came to HART from South Carolina where she ended up in a shelter because her owner could no longer care for her. Her temporary foster said "she is a lover. She just loves attention and belly rubs." She is pretty calm but also has bursts of energy. She is good with other dogs and loves kids! She would make a great family dog.
Starla's favorite activities are playing with squeaky toys and napping. She also likes to wiggle on the floor for a good back scratch! She has beautiful bright eyes and a thick, soft coat. She is alson house trained and crate trained. Let us know if you want to meet this sweetie!
