Simba Puerto Rico - Adopted on 7/21/2018

Simba is a big lug of a dog who was rescued from hurricane ravaged Puerto Rico. When he arrived his best friend was Luci/MIa Black. Simba can be grumpy with some male dogs at adoption events (especially unaltered males) but he is currently happy with two other large male dogs in his foster home. He has some pretty good manners, sits, comes when called, appears house trained, not destructive or a resource guarder, calm during the day and night, and crate trained. He does need some work on his leash and treat taking manners (what young lab doesn't) and he does like to 'suck' on his blanket. He's also much more animated when out and about. Most of all he is very sweet and typical lab in that regard. He loves getting pet and is very friendly. He is just a touch mouthy so young kids may be of concern.
