Maddox is a friendly, sweet dog from South Carolina. His temporary SC foster said, "Maddox is such a happy go lucky dog! When he gets excited, he cannot keep his tail still and he licks anything he can reach! He loves meeting new people and will walk up to greet everyone with his tail wagging. He is just a cuddle bug who wants a good home. And he LOVES belly rubs!"
Maddox really enjoys walks and car rides and does great with both. He did great with three other large dogs in his SC foster home and loved running around and playing with them and is also great when he meets new dogs. He has not been tested with cats, but he did pretty well with the birds in the home.
Maddox listens well and learns quickly! He does well with free roam of the house during the work day and stays out of trouble. At night, he is happy to sleep in his dog bed but also loves being invited up for snuggles and belly rubs. He is also housetrained.
