Like the ones who look rough (ruff?) around the edges but have a heart of gold? Thunder is your man, er dog! This guy looks tough, but he's a lover not a fighter. Think Ferdinand the bull, but with paws instead of hooves. Some jerk cut off his ears to make him look mean, but they couldn't change his gentle heart. The staff in the SC shelter where he was dumped love him so much they have been hiding him every time his number was up, they just could not bear the thought of him being euthanized. They sent out one last request, hoping for a miracle, and they got one: HART saw the desperate plea and agreed to take him. The shelter staff actually cried when they heard he was saved.
Thunder is described as "perfection in a short little stubby staffie body." He loves every dog and every person he meets. Come meet this adorable guy, but watch out, he's going to steal your heart!
