Magnolia was dumped by her "person" at a high kill shelter along with her two puppies. The puppies were old enough to be adopted so they went on the adoption floor but Magnolia was put on the dreaded list to be put down because the shelter was out of space! Magnolia longed for her puppies, and clearly was worried about them. But the shelter knew she would not get adopted down there. After all, even though she gave birth to 2 darling puppies and she is just 3 years old herself, she was going to be thrown away. When we heard her story we were crushed. HART never, ever would leave a mother behind if we take the puppies. While we were not able to get Magnolia's puppies when we heard her plight, we could not wait to get Magnolia to safety with HART!
Magnolia was in a temporary foster home before we could arrange for transport to get her. Her foster said of her that "Magnolia is a love and very loyal and would follow me everywhere. She loves to cuddle and give kisses and she loves to go for walks, play, run around, take naps, play fetch and have play dates with other dogs. She loves dogs of all sizes and kids too and she is housebroken!" Magnolia would love a home where she will never again worry again and will be cherished for the very good dog she is!
