Franny arrived at a county shelter as a stray, having been picked up with another dog when they were found wandering. The owner of the dogs was located several days after they arrived at the shelter.She let the dogs sit in the shelter for a week, before finally getting around to informing shelter staff that she wasn't interested in reclaiming them.
It's her loss and Franny's gain, and maybe yours if you are lucky enough to adopt her. A dog as wonderful as Franny should be loved and adored, not treated like an inconvenience.
Franny is strikingly beautiful. She's affectionate, seems to love everyone, humans as well as other dogs, ignored cats when she was walked by them, seems to be housetrained, and walks nicely on a leash for such a young dog (still needs a little work on not pulling).
