Ringo is quite the charmer and adores people. However, he really is just a big puppy at heart and would love it if someone could help him learn some manners. Shouldn't be too hard as he is obsessed with food and is super clever. Ringo would also do best in a home that is active and has the time for him. He's not too fond of small kids and would probably chase cats. He is housebroken and crate trained though.
The main issue with Ringo right now is that he has a luxating patella (dislocated knee cap). It will require surgery and a month long recovery time. We can not do the surgery until we have a foster home for this sweet boy. Recovery will require keeping him pretty restrained and quiet. Who's up for the challenge?
