Cecilia is a beautiful and super affectionate girl with a low shedding coat. She was rescued from a horrible situation where many dogs didn't survive. Cecilia has very low self confidence and wants to be very clingy with her person. She can successfully live with other dogs but because of her uncertainty she acts out to them (especially larger dogs) when she first meets them. Cecilia is sensitive to having her feet touched and would do well with a quiet home that will show her that they are the leader and that she is safe. Cecilia will not be placed with children.
