Tippy was born at the Redskins practice facility right here in Ashburn, but alas he didn't make the cut and is looking for a new team (aka family :) ). He is an absolutely terrific little guy, loves attention from his foster mom and purrs all the time! What an awesome personality he has- he is very relaxed and mellow for a kitten, which makes him an excellent companion for your lonesome cat, dog, or another kitten pal! A lifetime of love and joy awaits whoever adopts this young lad. But there is more to his story. During surgery to remove a nasal polyp, Tippy's heart seized.After frantically working to revive him, the surgeon was able to bring him back, but the effects of the incident left Tippy blind. There is a chance he will regain his sight, but no one can say with certainty that he will see again. He does well making his way around once he has learned his environment.
