Vincent is a handsome Chihuahua mix. Vince was not a scheduled pick up for TCF, we had actually gone to get another dog from this particular shelter. One of the staff members asked of we would take a look at some others...and there he was scare and alone. Vince was skinny and very unsocial but he melted the heart of his foster mom and she scooped him up and brought him to the sanctuary. Vince has done wonderfully since arriving to TCF, however he does not show well with new people. We have no clue as to his past but he does take a few days to warm up to a new person. But when he does he has a spectacular personality. Vince loves other dogs, and LOVES treats. Vince would do better in a quieter house hold, preferably with another dog for him to play with. And applicants on Vincent MUST have a fenced in yard.
