Dale is definitely a lap dog. He is a sweet, gentle boy with lots of love to give.
He enjoys being held and melts in your arms and he frequently rolls over for a belly rub. He is calm at home and rarely barks. Once outdoors he is eager to take in all the sights and smells and he also loves to lie in the grass. While he would love someone to be home with him all the time, he does okay on his own during the workday. He is good with the other dogs in his foster home, even when they are grumpy with him! At night, he likes to sleep under the covers with his head on his foster mom so he knows she is there.
