Spunky was one of the 21 dogs that HART accepted in from the Pilot N Paws event in September, rescuing dogs from rural high kill shelters. This little guy really is a spunky pup. He gets along with other dogs and absolutely loves people. His fosters think he would be great company to someone looking for a loving companion.
