Andy is a very sweet little boy with a loving personality. When his foster mom first met him, she was sitting on the ground trying to take pictures of him, and he climbed right into her lap! He gets along okay with the other dogs in his foster home. He is quiet, crate trained, and seems to be house trained. He often looks like he's smiling, especially when you scratch behind his ears or give him a belly rub. All he wants is a loving home with someone to snuggle with and pet him, and in return, he will give you his whole heart.
