Harper is new to us but they loved her at the shelter in S.C. where she was when we rescued her and this is what her HART foster mom tells us about this lovely dog: "Harper is a sweetheart! She is definitely potty trained, knows some commands and is not a barker. She will be a great dog for someone lucky enough to adopt her!" Harper loves people and gets along very well with other dogs.
