This poor dog along with her companion, Durango, was living outside covered in her own filth until one of our volunteers was notified that their owner (an irresponsible backyard breeder) didn't want them anymore. Prior to this, HART had stepped in to rescue an unwanted litter belonging to this breeder two years ago and more recently, HART took in a single offspring of Lulu and Durango when the new owner decided he could no longer care for the puppy after he bought her from the terrible breeder. Finally, the nasty cycle of breeding these beautiful dogs has ended. Lulu is still looking for her forever home (Durango just got adopted!!!) and looking forward to just being a dog. She is absolutely gorgeous and deserves the best, (as all dogs do!). :) She loves people and likes to be goofy with those she knows. She is good with older kids, but please no other pets!
