Floyd is 8-10 years old, neutered, very sweet personality. When Floyd came into the shelter, he was covered with fleas. The shelter employees gave him a bath, but some of the hair on his back is very thin due to flea bites. Floyd hopped a ride from Tennessee with another dog coming to HART to get a broken leg fixed. He is a total cuddle bug but is overwhelmed at adoption events and may seem standoffish. Once he gets to know you, he will adore you and follow you around everywhere.
