Thunderbird is super friendly with people and a sweet, mellow girl. She was specially chosen out of hundreds of dogs to be part of Operation Transportation. Thunderbird is happy to be in Virginia after making her trip from a high kill shelter in New Mexico. There are just too many dogs in New Mexico and not enough homes. Here in Virginia she is awaiting her special loving family. Thunderbird would be great with children and adults. She is approximately three years old and would enjoy nice walks and living the good life in a comfy home with a soft bed, and lots of love. She seems to have lived in a home before, so she may be house trained and know some commands.
