Hi! We're Sandy and Rose and we're sisters. We were adopted when we were about 5 months old and then were returned by our owners as they didn't give us a chance to get acclimated to our surroundings. You see, when we were little, we were found in a tack room. Something happened to our mommy and the humans who owned the place never bothered to touch us, or take care of us. A nice lady from PetSmart found us and convinced the people to give us to HART. So we were VERY SCARED as we had never been touched by a human. We were in foster care initially for about 4 months before we were ready to be adopted but were still very, very SHY and easily scared. Shy kitties need lots of love and patience in order to learn how to trust. Our previous owners weren't patient and expected too much from us tooooo soon. So back we came to HART. We have been with our current foster meowm for about 5 months. She has been great as she understands kitties! She spent lots of time in our kitty condo just hanging out with us so that we got used to her being around. We need a good home with someone who really understand kitties, will be gentle, give us lots of time to get used to our surroundings and most of all be PATIENT with us. Although we like our kitty condo, we'd like to get settled into our permanent home
