Tigger was a stray who talked a family letting him into their home, so HART could help him find a forever home. Tigger is very sweet and cuddly. He loves to sit on laps and rubs around your feet. He always wants to be close and will begin to purr as soon as you start to pet him. He has a healthy appetite and is litter box trained. He is very obedient when he's disciplined. He does not jump on counters. All-in-all, Tigger is a good boy who needs someone to love.
