BK is a handsome little man that came to our rescue group 2 years ago, but was recently returned and once again needs to find himself a home. BK loves his people and will follow them all around the house like a little shadow waiting to go out for a walk, snuggle in on the couch for some cuddle time or a nice ear rub, or curl up at their feet for a nap under the desk. He seems to be housebroken and does not have any destructive behaviors, but he can be a little shy and gets nervous when people or other dogs approach him. He always just tries to back away, but if whatever is making him nervous still comes at him, he will give a small warning growl or nip. Because of this BK needs a calm environment (no kids) where he can just settle in and relax. He is currently being fostered with a very calm older dog and they do just fine together, but when the neighbor's puppy came by for a visit he didn't much like the little ball of energy trying to play with him, and would do best if any other pets in the home were more laid back like him. BK is more than happy to follow his people anywhere and his previous owner used to take him everywhere including on the plane for vacations. BK would make a wonderful addition to a quiet adult home where he can love his family and get some snuggles in return.
