A youthful, exuberant, fun boy, Laredo loves to play and have fun. He is very attentive to his humans. He's very smart but like any teenager he needs a bit of reminding. He'll play fetch and sit for a treat and is the perfect age to absorb all the tricks and skills someone willing to train him can throw at him. He plays hard so will need an active owner/family but he settles down quickly too. He is house trained and has free roam of the house (including at night) while someone is home. While a quick study he is still learning so only short stints left alone or crated while out at dinner or for a few hours (not all day) would be best. If you are looking for a playful, happy, young, go lucky dog Laredo is your guy. He's a Chessie through and through.
