More than anything in life Munchkin wants a family. He lost his about two months ago. We don't know whether they surrendered him or lost him somewhere on the streets of West Virginia. All we know is that this little, year-and-a-half old boy loves people, dogs, cats and anything that he comes across. At the adoption events, he climbs onto every empty lap, looks into every curious eye, licks as many of kids' noses as he can all in search of what he lost, a loving home. At the house, he is an affectionate, attentive companion for anything you decide to do, be it cooking, walking up the stairs, watching TV (he'll literally watch it with you) and, of course, sleeping by your side. Having toys is great, but have you play a game of tug-of-war with those toys with him is a real dream. In spite of being a Chihuahua mix, Munchkin doesn't exhibit the breed's Napoleonic tendencies or its fragility. A natural jumper, he'll amaze you with how high he can almost levitate for a treat or leap in one go over a sleeping cat in the middle of the couch. That said, he is still afraid of the dark and loud thunderstormy weather. That is when he'll nuzzle his way into the narrowest of spaces between you and the armrest of your couch, because that is where he feels the safest, most protected. And most loved.
